Prior to establishing my coaching business, I wore many hats in the field of Adult Literacy.  During the past twelve years I’ve volunteered as a tutor, trained tutors and facilitated numerous student centered playshops.  Seeing the progress of students fills my heart and reminds me of why I’m committed to being part of the solution for those who seek services through adult literacy programs.

In addition to my proven skills as a trainer and playshop leader, I am an Inspired Learning Facilitator trained in what I consider the most supportive and learner friendly style.  Imagine facilitating literacy skills in an atmosphere where no criticism is allowed,  where you are acknowledged and applauded for all that is correct.  I’ve seen the difference this approach made with my most recent learner.
